	Welcome from Dee Ann and Wally:

Dee Ann Baertsch is the owner broker of Little Missouri Land company. Dee Ann graduated from University of Mary in 1978 and has continued her formal education in all facets of Real Estate, including listing, selling, marketing, appraising and financing. She received her real estate license in 1977 and worked for Carlson Homes one of North Dakotas largest construction companies she specialized in selling new construction. She moved to Dickinson, North Dakota and continued in new construction with Carlson Homes. After receiving her real estate brokers license in 1979 she worked for Joe LaDuke Real Estate Company in all areas of Real Estate sales. In 1989 she started Little Missouri Land Company. Dee Ann is currently owner of the First State Bank of Golva, Beach and Medora. Along with her husband Wally they ranch south of Medora.

Wally Owen and Dee Ann were born and raised in Southwest North Dakota, they spent the majority of their lives in the area. Wally began his real estate career after graduating from Dickinson State University in 1973. In 1976 he became the Executive Vice President of the North Dakota Association of Realtors. He later joined the staff of Northern Realty Bismarck, as vice president in charge of recruiting, training and managing sales staff. In 1983 Dee Ann and Wally moved back to Medora, they operated Peaceful Valley Ranch in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, along with their real estate investments, banking, and Little Missouri Land Company. Wally has formal real estate education from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, American Management Association, continuing education from the University of North Dakota and many other real estate seminars. Wally is a licensed real estate agent with Little Missouri Land Company.

Both Wally and Dee Ann feel it has been a great advantage growing up and living in Southwest North Dakota where they have made life long acquaintances and friendships. Knowing the area, the people and its history is what makes Little Missouri Land Company a truly local company. We have extensive experience in marketing, financing, selling and investing in real estate in Southwest North Dakota.
